1. The filling amount of the filling machine is inaccurate or not material:
1. Whether the speed throttle valve and the filling interval throttle valve are closed, the throttle valve cannot be closed.
2. Is there any foreign matter in the quick-installing three-way control valve? If so, please sort it out. Is there air in the quick-installing three-way control valve and the leather tube of the filling head? If there is air, try to reduce or remove the air.
3. Check whether all sealing rings are damaged, if damaged, please replace with new ones.
4. Whether the valve core of the filling nozzle has a jamming phenomenon or delayed opening, if there is a jamming, the valve core should be re-installed in a good position. If the opening is delayed, the throttle valve of the thin cylinder needs to be adjusted.
5. The elastic force of the coil spring is tightened up and down in the quick-installed three-way control valve. If the elastic force is too large, the check valve will not be opened.
6. Whether the filling speed is too fast, adjust the filling speed throttle valve to reduce the filling speed.
7. Can all the clamps and leather pipe buckles be sealed well? If so, please correct them.
8. The magnetic switch is not loose, please lock it after each adjustment.
2. There are the following reasons for the material of the filling machine to flow from the back end of the material tank:
1. Is the material cylinder at the center of the material cylinder bracket? If there is any change in the material cylinder, please re-install the position.
2. Is the cylinder piston and piston rod tight? If they are loose, please lock them.
3. Is the O-ring of the material cylinder piston damaged? If it is damaged, please replace it.
3. The material cylinder piston of the filling machine does not come back after it is pushed to the top:
